Pros
Average hourly pay ($18 per hour)
Cons
-Hard to reach management -No career development path -No permanent onsite physician (expected by 2024, no date given) -No permanent onsite phlebotomist -10 hour days -Constantly changing commissions structure (nobody could tell me an accurate OTE because they change the system so often) -The product is advertised as a “flat rate monthly fee, with no copays,” but for almost every test that they offer, they outsource to another company. So every test except blood tests cost extra. -No onsite staff other than sales (it was just me and another salesman onsite at all times when a full onsite medical staff was promised) -We were directed to give prospects false information about the product and service. I was told to pitch the product using the memorized script, but our location was missing so many components to be functional. I was directed not to tell people there was no onsite physician, and that we had a “fully functional doctors office with a full medical staff.” -Hyper-unrealistic sales quota expectations -Salespeople had to maintain the entire onsite location. Since there was no other staff besides sales, we had to address all IT problems, which we were not trained to do. -We could not direct yelling customers and customer complaints to management since there was none -I never got a uniform when I was promised one by week 3 of employment. Every time I asked they said they would, “look into it.”
