      Very interesting fast paced good pay and lotsa overtime. Tough environment but learning new tasks is rewarded with money and attaboys.

      Cons

      Chaotic constantly changing management. Changing priorities. Direction changes constantly. Tech friendly environment but need to be sharp with new software.

      Pros

      Great group of people to work with and endless opportunities to advance or move through different departments/jobs. Also always remote with high flexibility for your schedule

      Cons

      The extremely high volume of calls, radiologist requests and study prep leads to burnout quickly. There is no such thing as downtime. None. If you are able to step away for 5 minutes for a restroom break the list and backlog falls apart. Because of the above there are chronically acute staffing issues
