Pros

Will purchase food for celebrations. Will give company apparel. Have some individuals who have worked for the company for years. Has tuition reimbursement. Offer bonuses to cover shifts for mht’s and nurses.

Cons

Very little coordination between departments. Reactive oppose to proactive. Archaic systems. Utilizes paper charts and not electronic charts. Little organization. Bickering between programs. PTO must be used for national holidays. Pay below industry standards High turnover. No work/life balance. Very little transparency. Health insurance is expensive. Employees are held in low regard No monetary bonuses Pay increases are far and in between. Unethical practices covered by management. Computers are old, runs slow, and more likely than not will be “fixed” and not replaced. Doctors can complete LOC evaluations without meeting with patient or family.
