Coworkers were nice I guess

Real frat bro atmosphere, bosses act like your friends but could really care less as multiple people were hired and let go within a few months when I was there, no real training or guidance and then they expect you to be experts on calls, unlimited PTO but you can tell they get mad when you use it, work life balance is non existent - they state otherwise but are clearly mad when you’re not in sales meetings all day/night, leads are absolute trash and they expect you to hit unreal goals on tiny margins, unrealistic performance metrics, I could go on and on
