Great team of smart, hard-working people.

Weak leadership that does not take responsibility for its actions.

The concept sounds great and the work should be great (it's not). They hire some exception people, have incredible resources and network reach. The CTO is incredible!

Poor leadership (apart from the CTO) which hasn't created the best culture. The product team turnover is really high as the work turns out to be chaotic and without real direction. They are great at the "public image" but their actions don't support this.
