2yThank you for your feedback. Its unfortunate to hear your time with Four Hands ended in an unfavorable experience. I am not sure of your departure date, but over the past year and a half we have made incredible strides to address the cons you have stated. For example, we have a designated People & Culture representative at each location now to support any complaints, suggestions, communication, etc. Since 2018, we have regularly send out surveys for our employees to gather confidential positive and negative feedback. However, we value all of our current and former employees' feedback and would offer the opportunity to connect directly to learn specifically about your comments.
