Pros
They are very nice upfront. The environment is casual, yet professional.
Cons
The upfront niceness is an act. They will work you and work you as a full time employee. You will have little autonomy and will be blamed when decisions made for you don't work out. You'll have so many different supervisors to go to for anything, they will mostly ignore you, and you'll be blamed. Internal divisions are armed camps fighting for budget and attention. Woe be it to you if you are a new manager who doesn't endlessly complain or kiss up.
