base salary is higher than average, work enviroment is great. it really cares for employee and community well being. values diversity: every background and age are welcomed.
Cons
benefits are very basic, nothing extraordinary. there is no bônus. culture is changing fast but still there are some people who wants tio live in a past where they could do anything but to perform.
