Pros
I was very busy, had the opportunity to work on a lot of different types of design. Learned a lot about tool design and injection molding in general.
Cons
Abusive, bully culture. Management encouraged tattle tales, secrecy and thought that a good way to drive performance was to pit people against each other. I have a touch of the PTSD from working in that place. The facility was an absolute dump. No raises ever.
