Pros

Flexible hours, location (if you work at the corporate office)-- lots of places within walking distance, you are forced to do so much work that you end up learning a lot. Dogs are allowed in the office. Adam, the Head of People/Legal Counsel is a great person but he gets overpowered/shut down almost ALL of the time by the other co-founders. Derek, the CEO is very smart and has potential; unfortunately, he isn't always told the truth about how things are running and a lot of opportunities are lost. If you're good at kissing butt, you'll do great!

Cons

Small team means people have to pick up the slack and do 2/3 jobs at a time which wouldn't be too bad if upper management acknowledged that but instead you just end up with more and more work and little to no compensation. Culture is extremely toxic, there's a reason there is such a fast turnaround rate. Upper management is not honest/ transparent--communication is horrible. Some people receive special treatment which is based off how much of a butt-kisser they are instead of how good/valuable their work is. The benefits offered are basically the minimum required by law. There is a lot of lying and shady stuff that goes on with certain people and even if you bring it up to management and show proof you'll just get ignored. You won't feel any support from your manager on anything. Ideas are only taken seriously when they come from certain people. And often times, those people are simply copying/stealing the ideas someone else said before.
