Close to Home if you live in the Santa Clarita Valley.
Cons
Pay is low compared to the rest of the Industry. Management is un-organized. No real benefits such as pension or health Insurance. Human resources is not very helpful. Very limited training or room for advancement unless you are a favorite of one of the Managers. Skilled employees are under valued and forget about pay increases. Left hand never knows what the right hand is doing. So unorganized.
