Pros
The team are great and very supportive. The work is important and you feel very accomplished. You have a lot of freedom over routine and what you need to do. The manager is extremely supportive and always ready to help.
Cons
Not great pay for the difficulty of work, you have to really have your heart in this role to be able to stay. It’s not for everyone and can be emotionally challenging.
