The style of all the offices are slightly different yet there is still the same underlying atmosphere of togetherness an community that can be felt at each one. In general everyone is willing to help out on something if asked. The rotation program is great especially since coming out of college there is a lack of real world experience in the different fields of accounting. During busy seasons food is provided for working late
Cons
The tax buddy that first years are assigned may not always be the best match for them in terms of personality. This can have an impact on what department the first year declares at the end of their rotations through the departments.
