      Great Leaders with strong vision Great Learning Experience - provide you aid for classes

      Cons

      Benefits not very great - They take $ from your pocket and give you a dime in benefits. Promotion depends on number of years you worked, not qualification. Managers don't know what they are doing. Pay is not enough. Over whelming work

      Pros

      Work environment among team members is supportive and helpful with managers being great mentors.

      Cons

      Drastic culture shift in the last year due to upper management mismanagement. Removed bonus compensation, and busy season meal stipend. Large push for in office presence, but loss of community in the firm.
