      Frankenmuth Insurance has a strong team-oriented and results driven culture. They truly care about their employees, and they offer flexibility to all for a better work-life balance. Remote work is available. Great benefits!

      Cons

      With remote work, there is clearly siloed communication channels and engagement across the company doesn't seem to be a priority at the employee level. Compensation could be better.

      Really great people. Lots of opportunities and company loyalty. Company really tries to do the right things to support staff and clients.

      I can't think of any. First year with the company has been great!

      Great pto, flex schedule, that's it

      Cons

      Overworked, all adjusters aren't licensed, workload is extremely heavy, no training for position just kinda winging it. Horrible management
