Pros
There are Wonderful people within close teams and many more scattered throughout the company. New leadership is taking strides to improve the culture and employee engagement. The company has consistently grown.
Cons
As a publicly traded, fiscally conservative company, it often feels like the shareholders are more important than customers and employees. There have been multiple company-wide reductions-in-force layoffs in recent years. These RIFs have been visibly focused on employees with more tenure and higher salaries. HR has sometimes stirred the pot and dragged its feet on matters that should have been taken care of swiftly. Many of the C-suite officers are against remote or hybrid work models. Severance packages are grossly under industry standards. Pay scales are not within range compared to other companies and positions in related fields.
