      None. You'd be better off unemployed than working here.

      Cons

      Management is terrible, verbally abusive, and participates in illegal activity. Stay away from this place unless you're desperate. And if you are desperate you'll be in good company.

      Pros

      Great environment to work in! Fast-Paced, learning everyday type of environment! If you are willing to learn and apply yourself to your best ability, you can go far in this company. The people who work here are solid, creative, go-getter type of people. If you are someone who just wants a paycheck, you won't survive in this industry or any other. The drive and intensity of making money, is what is so appealing!!! Everyone is team oriented and at the end of the day, we truly are a FAMILY. That's the Franklin Way!

      Cons

      Must have hit-the-ground-running drive. This isnt a con, but if you are someone who needs your hand held to do basic job functions, you will not be a good fit.
