The management including the Director Vick, Regional Manager Aman, HR coordinator Emily are all very supportive and nurture a very healthy work culture in the company. It is a sales based company but they will never breath down your neck for sales. If you’re not doing good, they will train you, support you, motivate you and give you all the tools you would need to succeed. After Vick has taken over the company has been going towards a very positive direction.
