The people that work here are awesome, excluding management and 1/2 of the partners

This office has zero communication with employees, favoritism is really big issue and if you aren't a favorite then you will not be successful. Thee are a ton of double standards and different expectations depending on the employee and which partner you work for. There is no unity or cohesiveness. This office is like 5 agencies under one roof where each partner does his own thing. You pray that you get to work with a reasonable partner, but its not guaranteed. Its a complete mad house and most employees are miserable. A recent merge has created a huge divide within the office. They say this is a family oriented business but there is little support for family life. If you call in sick, most of the time you are asked to work anyway, there is absolutely NO TRAINING.
