      Extremely rewarding career; adorable preschoolers; other teachers and TAs are friendly

      Unreasonable demands & burnout; inconsistent or nonexistent resources on expectations for employees (also change frequently); supervisors range from angels to demons (the same goes for the level of support); often feels toxic
