Pros
Management had no idea what's going on so you could basically skip out of work early, take naps, especially in head office.
Cons
Worst management I have ever seen, unorganized, wage theft (especially of teachers). Dodgy business workings. Saw colleagues promised promotions and pay rises and then never followed through. They hire to fill labour gaps, extend the probation as necessary, and then fire people before they have to take them on full time. The teachers were always complaining about being over worked and offered no support or onboarding. They were told they should just feel happy to be employed and get it done, no matter what. People worked until 3am, daily. No sick pay, lowest amount of holiday leave for full time, no mangement or opportunities within the company. Terrible gossip culture that come from the top down. the people were very cold and cruel. No one wanted o talk to new employees and I genuinely had people (adults, by the way) pull faces behind (and in front of) my back within my first 2 weeks. CEO made sexist jokes to new female employees. Operations manager made racist comments. Told to be "more English". Not a culture of improvement. Any suggested changes were seen as 'complaints' and punished. DO NOT work here if you are ambitious, have ideas or generally want to be friends with the people you work with.
