Pros
Hard to say... They have good benefits depending on how much you can afford. Some fellow employees are nice. That's about it.
Cons
Very unprofessional. I feel like a teenage girl going through high school working here. This company maybe has four men that work for them (men beware!! You'll get eaten alive by gossipy old women). It's basically a women's club. Everyone is nice to your face and then gossips behind your back including upper management. If you aren't part of the "cool" group then good luck getting any promotion or being treated like a human being. The pay is low compared to other CUs and banks. Employees get into heated arguments over the copy machine and other devices. Sometimes I feel like I'm in the twilight zone...a lot that goes on here blows my mind and is borderline illegal I'd say. Especially their HR practices. This is hands down the laziest company I have ever worked for. Employees dress like they just rolled out of bed, hair a mess, clothes a mess, it's a terrible image for the CU. Don't bother reading your job description either because that's not the work you will do. It's a growing company so they place as many roles on one person as they can and forget about being compensated for any extra work that you do. The managers are lazy too, and uneducated. I mean most of these people don't even know how to use a computer correctly!! Get with the times people! Send your older employees to a computers 101 class at the community college down the road. It's embarrassing when low level employees have a greater knowledge of the technology that is used at the workplace then upper management. It's sad when your own employees don't want to bank with you because they don't trust your ability to handle the accounts accurately...that says a whole lot about the company in its self. If you are a smart young college educated professional looking for an employer to grow your career with...this is not the place! I promise you, you'll regret it.
