Great summer job, especially for college kids - Dockmaster Freedom Boat Club Employee Review

Pay is great, but only when you are getting tipped well. You have to be very intentional with your interactions with members, surrounding boats, and of course, your coworkers. Working on the water is great, because everyone is generally happy to be out there. Members are great, and the job overall is what you make it. Go above and beyond in service, and you'll have fun. Do only the basics, and you may not love it.
