Pros
- A lot of responsibilities but full autonomy. - Kind and caring upper management. - Largest boat club in the world with full ability to transfer. - plenty of opportunities for growth - physically and sophisticated challenging, but is as difficult as you make it to be. - Great elite network access
Cons
- Pay is slow to increase and capped based on fleet size - You have to accommodate non-FBC boaters that have the right to dock on your dock. - Summer will become your worst nightmare in Florida -Most of the clientele are nitpicky people but they are mostly kind and friendly. - Tips are never consistent and some of the busiest days, you could walk home empty handed. -you have to pay $50+ for the employee membership monthly
