Pros
I have learned and grown more in the past few years here than I likely did at all my previous companies combined. You get a ton of ownership here, have a major seat at the table in how things get done, and get to work alongside super bright, friendly people. I came to Freeform because I felt it had all the right elements to make for a successful startup/company = innovative/hard to copy tech, experienced leadership team, great investors, and huge market potential. After working here, I can say that my expectations have only been exceeded. Not only are all these ingredients in place, but the people are awesome and make the challenges associated with building a startup really enjoyable to solve. I can see how startup life might not be for everyone, but if it's something you're interested in, Freeform is the perfect place.
Cons
Being at an early stage startup has it's challenges. The expectations are high and you have be OK with building the plane as you fly it. Definitely takes a lot of effort and tenacity to be successful, but I think that's basically what you're signing up for when you join a startup that has audacious goals.
