Pros
Great mission to help freelancers and promote the sharing economy. The place is pretty laid back and doesn't come with the stress as if working for larger companies.
Cons
Leadership in tech / IT group is very lacking. Their SDLC process is something you witness at very early start-ups, but considering they've been doing this for years they should be not be where they are at now. There is no growth opportunity at Freelancers, benefits/perks are sub-par compared to other places, not much training for new employees, and they don't have any type of structure to speak of. Also don't expect to be challenged to your limits.
