Don't Do It! - Partner Freeman Mathis & Gary Employee Review

Freeman, Mathis is not a firm run by partners. In my opinion, it is a firm run by an egomaniacal, misogynist micromanager with a Napoleon complex. He continues to expand his empire and the number of people that must "kiss the ring" without regard to the fact the hardworking administrative and tech staff have not been given adequate, if any, training which prevents attorneys from effectively and efficiently representing their clients. The above is evidenced by the incredible turnover of staff, attorneys and partners in each of the California offices over the past year.
