Pros
Everyone has been very willing to assist, including the CEO, and there has been a lot of effort invested in the on boarding process for myself and other recent new joiners. What initially interested me in Freespace was the opportunity to drive positive change in Operations and since joining, I've found them to be a very friendly bunch who are open to change. They have already shown me great commitment and initiative to keep customer projects on track when faced with external challenges, as well as high engagement to continually improve and support transformation initiatives outside of the day-job.
Cons
There are the usual growth pains transitioning from a start-up to scale-up but there are a number of initiatives already in play to address this.
