One hour lunch. It’s a paycheck.
Cons
QC errors when the carrier does not require the documents and the policy doesn’t cancel and everyone is paid except the agent. Then you have to go above and beyond and fight for your life to get paid. Bogus 2-step calls that affect your PES score. Every agent will call every lead you create and quote 20 times if you don’t sell it right away. Unrealistic expectations compared to the industry standards. The paying PER policy and not premium is horrible.
