      Pros

      From CEO and all the way down the chain - everyone is amazing to work with! The Culture here is something that i have never experienced before from Wall St to South Carolina in 18 year work experience, Freight Flex stands alone. Management helps guide employees and support employees, instead of micromanaging and coming down on employees like other Companies in this field. The culture truly is a place you want to be a part of day in and day out, would 100% recommend to anyone looking for an opportunity in this field to apply to Freight Flex and see for yourself! (They also provide Employee benefits)

      Pros

      I have worked at a lot of sales and recruiting companies and Freight Flex has by far the best company culture. The compensation is fair with bonsues available. The 401K match for 2025 was 10% which says enough! The benefits are amazing and has paternity + maternity leave which is always nice. We get one work from home day until two years in where we get two. There are also clear advancement opportunities. I am able to speak my mind freely with management and for them to make improvements based on my ideas

      This company truly stands out for its people and culture. From day one, I felt welcomed by a team this is not only highly skilled but also supportive and collaborative.
