Pros
Very little in-fighting, well fed (Bagel Monday, Doughnut Friday, enough junk food to keep a small nation fed, and on a sugar high.) Employee interaction is encouraged, foosball tournaments, "scavenger hunts,." Unless you're management it's open air with low divider type cubes. Open communication from the various offices via an intranet site.
Cons
Salary should be better for the size of the company, promotions scarce - even if chased, no internal postings for open positions. Very little involvement in the shows produced i.e. no posting of tickets for AGT, nothing on Idol, no screenings of American Gods. It's the little things that make the day.
