      - Very top heavy organization - No apparent vision from leadership (other than selling the business to the highest bidder) - Unprofessional political games at the leadership level - Not much client work - Too much self promo work

      Pros

      The people are incredibly bright and experienced. A lot of them came from established agencies, Fortune500 companies and technology start-ups. It's an eclectic mix of skills, and everyone works well together.

      Cons

      More senior leaders work long hours, but this is true of most agencies.
