Pros
Very little - everyone has left for a different company in the industry because of better compensation, benefits, culture and people
Cons
Positions are not being filled because word has spread that fresh is a terrible place to work. The leadership is completely out of touch with reality and managers at the director level are only focused on trying to get the CEO's approval that they ignore everything else. Projects constantly miss deadlines because the CEO has a last-minute change-of-heart. It is utterly insane how work is being done here. The culture is also very toxic as people actively try to put the blame on other teams.
