      competitive workplace - you'll always be pushing yourself to the limit great middle management pays well

      Cons

      work life balance goes for a toss with the night shift Also - the work kind of never ends - its fun in the beginning but after a year it gets a little stressful especially with targets - but all in all a very good work experience!

      Nothing apart from the salary. Even that they wont increase on yearly basis so its a crazy life in the jungle my friend. Still here coz I got bills to pay honestly.

      No job security Unpredictable team Managers are chosen on favoritism and promotion is given to the kissasses
