Fresh Start Funding truly cares about it's employees. You are given the autonomy to complete work, and have a say in how the company is shaped. The managers are very receptive to feedback and are always willing to have a conversation if you have concerns (work or personal). I am constantly learning and adapting which is to be expected at a start-up and I very much enjoy all the free snacks! The health/vision/dental has all been very useful to me and is a fraction of the cost of traditional insurance, so no complaints their either.

Lack of 401k or company match, but the company is still new and I expect that to change in the near future.
