Pros
Supportive colleagues, many activities within the office community, catering once a week for the entire office, a gym and other activities to occupy breaks and free time. FreshBooks is nothing short of deserving it's constant nomination for Best Place to Work.
Cons
Apparently a high turnover rate in the recent past, but I've not encountered it - and it couldn't be due to a poor work environment. Not certain about the opportunities to advance in some positions.
