I cant really think of any.
Cons
The company culture is deeply rotten. The mid level management likes to micromanage. They are as controlling as one can imagine the senior management has an extremely traditional way of thinking. They don't value employees. They let go of people all the time. Should join this company only if you have nothing else and moreover, HRs are a joke. Lets not even talk about the benefits. No 401K match, no stock options.
