- Market average pay - Benefits - Remote work - Middle management, IC's were great to work with and were motivated to help grow organization despite the constant changes. - Good place to learn how to deal with chaotic/scrappy environments.
Cons
- Unethical 'confidential searches' to replace employees that were still there and whom were never presented with coaching/corrective action/PIP, etc. - Information does not trickle down well from top to bottom. - Constant changes and ambiguity with poor leadership to navigate it. - Culture is disjointed; there's no true identity or commitment to value based hiring and it shows up in how some of the employees interact with one another. - Micromanage culture/distrust of employees - No growth opportunity
