Pros

Money is good starting out Not so Difficult work

Cons

Never guarenteed the weekend so you always have to go with the flow and make plans 1-2 days before the weekend when they post overtime. Depending on the area of the factory you are in, good luck having a home life/free time. Vacation time is 2 weeks with NO increase until 8 years in, their doctor's note policy is a joke. If you have a surgery/recovery for a week with a note, they'll point you initially then every 2 days after you get MORE points.

Pros

Stable company with broad global reach. Front office jobs not demanding, hybrid schedules and low expectations lead most to be 30-35 hr weeks.

Cons

At first this looks like a positive: you’ll notice that many employees have tenures of 15,20, 30 years. But that leads to a lot of group think and insular behaviors. They actually have a common statement among employees - “you’re not a Freudenberger unless you’ve been here 10 years.” Not exactly a welcoming statement to new employees. If you’d like to have your input and thoughts ignored for a decade, this is the place for you. Convinced they have great technologies, but in market terms, average technology at best. Horrific infighting between divisions. Management meetings resemble Klukluxclan meetings in terms of diversity. Pay scales below market, 401k match very weak
