-toxic culture -boys club -IT jobs all go to males -females get all admin/hr jobs to work on -owner has all the clients, so you are never getting a % from the client side, so your commission plan that seemed lucrative, is cut in half -owner makes you like and share his linkedin posts that are usually selfies of himself... -owner holds staff meetings, but never lets anyone ask questions or speak..he talks, then meeting is over -bombarded on weekends and nights to do work..owner is online from 6am-all hours of night.. -training is lackluster at best -owner and manager always tell you conflicting things about how to do things, so you are always in the wrong with one of them -database is slow and most of your day is spent watching linkedin profiles upload and making notes not actually recruiting. -I hired several people and not one time did the owner tell me good job - he only called to rip me a new one a few times.. one time, it was a mistake of another longstanding employee, and I was the one to be blamed -one of their employees yelled at one of my candidates and offended her very bad that I had to call her afterwards to apologize, as I was utterly embarrassed. -you will be asked to "think about if you want to work here or not" every time they are upset with you. You'll be always working in a state of anxiety thinking you are getting fired..toxic! -Narcissistic owner who will tell you he is the "best" and "very good at his job". He also talks and talks and never lets you say anything to retort or stand up for yourself. -Tried to work on other jobs not assigned to me and told I was not allowed several times- but they preach all jobs are open to work on -employees steal your candidates - shady and unethical employees -when I asked about this I was told "everyone is just hustling and trying to make a buck". -they preach remote work and you have flexibility to work when you want, but the moment you go offline on teams, you'll be messaged..they track you all.day.long -I also had years and years of experience, but was treated like a degenerate..and never given any respect..or ever given any opportunities to utilize my strengths. -if you live in NJ, are local to their offices, can hang out and kiss up to the owner and are a male, then this is a great job for you. If you are kind, honest, ethical, and female, stay away. -Warning all women to not make the mistake I did and work here, what a disappointment. -Two of my commissions were paid late (30 days later, after waiting 90 days?) - -One commission was forgotten - had to remind them to pay me -All anyone cares about here is money and they will do,lie, be unethical and say whatever to make a dollar...
