I’m a full time worker and joined them recently

Working with the consumers is very rewarding and the pay isn't bad.

Poor management. Too much favoritism. Some employees are lwt go for sad little reasons, other employees have verbally abused consumers, stolen money, and made for toxic work environment with no penalties.
