Total Chaos - Security Officer Friends Homes Employee Review

It is total chaos. Since the acquisition by Presbyterian Homes, the security at FH is managed by River Landing. The man (lets call him H) there practices eagle management at FH. (He shows up occasionally, poops, and flies away, leaving his 20 some year old protege (let's call him M) to deal with the fallout.) Neither of these two men know how to manage or supervise others. Since January 2021, the security department at FH has been decimated by these men. Long time good employees have been forced out or resigned. The same has happened to the drivers since for some reason they are in the same department. It is apparent to everyone that the administration at FH does not care about those in this department or how it impacts the residents.
