Pros
Great people to work with. The environment isn't toxic. So not a great deal of politics. Decent technology stack. Leadership is quite sincere to its people.
Cons
Weak leadership team; lacking sense of vision and lacking ability to instil vision in people. Leadership also lack the skills to create the environment in which the people can grow. Compensation package is poor. The people while friendly, lack the zeal to learn and grow.
