Pros
In my tenure, the reporting managers and the heads have given multiple opportunities irrespective of the risk or chances of failure.
Cons
1. The CEO's as many have mentioned feels has reached new heights of spiritual enlightenment. Without any stopping force, the CEO makes decision on his gut, which turns out to be wrong majorly. 2. The culture of the company has gone for dogs and is not something a creative person would want to be a part of. 3. The CEO makes falls promises in terms of performance incentives, which were promised to be given in March, but as he has been so busy with his spiritual enlightenment, he could not calculate the bonuses in 8 months. During these 9 months, most of the deserving candidates have already resigned, though they still deserve the bonus which they were promised. 4. The CEO needs to be more mature when dealing with employees. 5. The CEO has made multiple decisions which have lead the company to such a low point where attrition rate is at its peak. 6. Professionally, the CEO has little knowledge about marketing can have throughout been bluffing about his education and the specialty the company has to offer.
