      - interesting product - employees care about each other - company clearly cares for employees - great pay

      Cons

      - misogyny in engineering management is explicit - they don't evaluate culture fit well, make sure you (the candidate) do it in the interview on their behalf

      Growth phase - room to move around within the company A leadership team that wants you to win (attainable quotas, a lot of SPIFs, fair compensation) Great people to work with and hybrid model (3 days in office) Great work perks - catered lunches, health and wellness stipend

      Pros

      Front has been one of the best experiences of my career. The people here are the best and brightest, super caring about what they do, and motivate you. Product is useful (we all use it every day here). Lots of momentum around Front and opportunity right now in AI so it feels exciting.

      Cons

      A good amount of new leaders on board all at once which can be a bit of an adjustment No 401k match
