Pros

Hours are always there Coworkers I guess

Cons

They overwork you and yell at you if you're not taking calls. The "managers" are a joke and don't know how to manage anything, they avoid your inquiries and can be rude and condescending. Worked 9 hours shifts with 1 hour unpaid break because they are a "start-up" yet are backed by CBV and Telus? what a joke lol. they favourite the new hires *they hire a new class of up to 20 people every 3 weeks (cause of high turn over rate)
