Pros
There are some some very good and highly skilled people at Frontier, but with every acquisition those people became less and less common (and they weren't terribly common to begin with). There's plenty of work, just don't ask yourself if it's truly relevant and helping move the company forward or you'll be disappointed.
Cons
Upper management is not good and are quite literally running the company into the ground, just look at the stock price and headlines. Specifically, the Engineering and IT leadership seems to have taken it upon themselves to point the company in the wrong direction and won't stop until the only thing remaining is a pile of rubble.
