Frontier has experienced tremendous growth over the past several years. Anytime an organization experiences this type of growth, the employees will have to be open to change. Frontier is still growing, flexibility is key to success. Although some changes can be difficult for employees, in the long run, this is a positive sign that the company is moving in the right direction and is flexible enough to follow market trends.
