Pros

You don't have to put in a hard day's work to get a good paycheck. That's a pro for some people. Good benefits. Health plan is good, dental and optical are good. Good vacation policy. CEO and corporate management seem to want to take the company in a positive direction and they seem to know what they are doing.

Cons

There is a huge disconnect between corporate and local areas. Local managers and employees don't seem to be invested in the company anymore. Lots of resource waste. The managers who do care are not empowered. Many employees don't put in a hard day's work and aren't, or can't be, held accountable. The customers are rarely happy because they are promised what cannot be delivered. Frontier company is loosing a lot of local business customers.

Verizon bought the company. Let everyone go a couple months after buying us out.
