      Pros

      Stable, with some talented employees and a friendly work environment.

      Cons

      Gaps in professionalism, industry knowledge, and apathy toward the success of the business at executive management level. HR policy of minimal/no raises causes frequent attrition. Wages are dramatically lower than average for the area.
